Part 3 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 3 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency # 3 - Sam Condor

The Labour Government has never lost the seat of West Basseterre. Perhaps this is the reason that the Deputy PM Sam Condor attacks the local media
and says that thousands of people are ‘semi-literate’for listening to WinnFM.

Mr. Condor - as Minister of Education this means that you would have failed.

Mr. Condor your words are distasteful. Yet Minister Condor they are also deceptive as you attempt to stop the independent media from reporting on the failures of the Labour Government.

Mr. Condor we will not be fed Government propaganda
simply because you call us ‘semi-literate’. We will continue to follow the news reports of independent media because we have seen that the Labour Government will not tell us the truth.

Minster Condor: Explain instead why respected teachers like Mr. Washington Archibald have spoken out against the Labour Government. Mr. Condor explain why Washie has warned us that the Labour Government is led by ‘vagabonds.’

Mr. Condor - Washie is not ‘semi-literate’, Mr. Archibald has been a teacher to many of us, as well as man of our parents. Washie is the same teacher that this Labour Government recognized by renaming Basseterre Junior High School.

Minister of Education Condor - You need to explain why three former teachers now run to change your Labour Governmentin the January 25, 2010 Elections – Mr. Glenroy Blanchette in Constituency # 1, Mr. Ronald Williams in Constituency #7 – and finally, Mr. Bernard Welsh will contest the seat that you Mr. Condor have never lost.

Mr. Condor - Rather than call us ‘semi-literate’ please explain as Minister of Education why so many teachers are unhappy in the education system.
